John Afriyie, previously convicted by the United States of fraud, (https://www.sec.gov/enforcement-litigation/litigation-releases/lr-23519) and sentenced to three years in prison after fleeing his court date, is at it again.

After release from prison, he was evicted from his apartment for failure to pay rent (https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/ViewDocument?docIndex=6tXXl4Fudsg66WeY877/IA==), and has since moved in with his sister (Ashley Afriyie) allegedly to live on her couch.

Together, they are allegedly involved in new activities resulting in financial losses for several close associates.
